WorkMesh Subscription Terms

Current version: SUBSCRIPTION-2026-03. Effective 17 July 2026.

These terms govern a WorkMesh business subscription supplied by Cost Time Risk Pty Ltd trading as WorkMesh to an Australian business customer.

1. Business service

WorkMesh is offered for business use by entities with a valid ABN. The person creating an account confirms they are authorised to act for the customer.

2. Pre-release testing and recurring subscription

Before commercial launch, WorkMesh may permit selected organisations to test account setup, modules, integrations and subscription configuration. Any testing access is controlled, may be changed or withdrawn, and does not make the service generally available. Paid billing begins only under prices, quantities, services and timing displayed to and accepted by the customer.

3. Modules, users and connected services

The customer selects modules and user licence quantities during account setup. Xero services and Digital Signatures are separately selected services where offered. The customer can review the intended continuing subscription before completing payment setup.

4. Promotional offers

No introductory discount applies automatically. A discount applies only when it is expressly displayed for a valid affiliate or referral code, or another qualifying offer.

5. Customer responsibilities

6. Data and availability

The customer owns its operational content. WorkMesh may process that content to provide, secure and support the service under the Privacy Policy and applicable data-processing terms.

7. Payment, tax and changes

Prices are displayed exclusive or inclusive of GST as stated. Discounts apply only for their stated period. WorkMesh may change future pricing or terms with notice; locked affiliate referral terms and already accrued amounts remain governed by their applicable version.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation and access-ending arrangements depend on the applicable testing or paid-access status. Paid cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise agreed. The Cancellation and Data Export Policy applies.

9. Liability and law

Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to resupplying the affected service or the fees paid for that service during the relevant period. Queensland, Australia law applies.
